What is a color cast and why does it happen?
A color cast is when your photo has an unnatural tint — too yellow, too blue, too green. It happens because different light sources have different color temperatures. Your eyes adjust automatically, but cameras don't. Fluorescent lights are usually the worst offenders — they spike in the green spectrum and make skin tones look sickly.
